ONE CHANCE Pioneer is the leader in frontier missions, taking the Gospel to the world’s most remote and isolated of all unreached people groups. As the tip of the spear, we push the boundaries of evangelism to complete God’s Assignment.
How We Do it
The Unfinished Assignment
The Operation 326 Initiative focuses on research and surveys on the 326 remaining unreached people groups who have yet to receive a clear presentation of the Gospel of Jesus. Operation 326 reports enable pioneers with the knowledge needed to effectively share the Gospel.
Indigenous Churches
A tribe with new believers needs a firmly rooted local church. We partner with nearby churches and ministry leaders to plant indigenous churches, ensuring the Gospel continues to spread and believers are discipled within their own cultural context.
Long Term Missions
ONE CHANCE Pioneer is dedicated to long-term mission work. Over 60% of aspiring pioneer missionaries discover their calling to ministry through their involvement in ONE CHANCE Equip. We provide in-field training and mentoring, equipping long-term pioneer missionaries to faithfully respond to their calling.

This mission-driven effort prioritizes the unique needs of each region and tribe, building customized outreach plans based on insights from Operation 326 reports. It includes close collaboration with local churches and missions organizations, while also providing practical, in-depth training to equip lifelong missionaries to fulfill their calling.
